Victoria For Sale

Most real estate websites do one thing: show listings. A buyer searches, scrolls, maybe saves a few favourites, and leaves. The agent has no idea any of it happened. That's the standard, and honestly, it's not much of a bar to clear.

We wanted to build something better for Chris Esbati, a REALTOR® at RE/MAX Camosun here in Victoria. So we did — and it's live now at victoriaforsale.ca.

The problem with a normal real estate site

A visitor's actual intent — what they're looking for, what they've already seen, what they've asked — usually gets lost. It's scattered across a website, an MLS feed, maybe some AI tool bolted on top, and a CRM someone's supposed to update by hand. Valuable signals happen every single day, and there's no real intelligence connecting any of it.

The result is a website that shows listings, and an agent who finds out who was actually interested days later — if at all.

What we built instead

One connected platform. The website, live MLS data, an AI concierge, and a CRM all work off the same client profile, instead of five separate tools each guessing at their own version of who someone is.

Buyers get a real conversation, not just a search bar. They can browse listings, explore the map, and ask real questions right on the site — about a specific house, the neighbourhood, nearby schools, whatever's actually on their mind. The AI answers using live, real MLS data, not a script. It can even set up a viewing on the spot.

Sellers get the same thing, earlier in the process. A homeowner can ask what their home might be worth before they've decided to list at all. The AI runs a real, comparable-based estimate, explains the range honestly, and can hand off to Chris directly if they want a full market analysis.

Every bit of that activity comes back to Chris automatically. Every search, saved home, question, and appointment rolls into one CRM view — no piecing it together from memory, no copying information between tools by hand.

The platform even finds opportunities on its own. A feature called Match Maker looks at the buyers and sellers already in the database and automatically surfaces the strong pairings — a seller with a home that fits a buyer who's already been searching for exactly that. Chris gets notified the moment a real match shows up.

And it keeps working in the background. New signups get a welcome message. Contact and viewing requests reach Chris instantly. Clients get notified automatically when a new listing matches something they've saved or liked.

Not a demo

This is a real, working platform behind a real real estate business, live today. It's the first full production build of the platform we've been developing, and it's a genuine look at what a real estate website can actually do when it's built to understand people, not just display listings.

If you're an agent or a brokerage curious what this could look like for your own business, we'd be happy to show you around.
